North Country Food Co-op
The North Country Food Co-op was founded in 1974 and has become a landmark of Plattsburgh's downtown over the decades since. Cooperatively owned and democratically controlled by its approximately 3000 members, the co-op is a source for fresh, local and organic food as well as health and supplement offerings, handicrafts and bulk products and serves as a homeplace and meeting ground for local communities. As the summer gets under way we're thrilled to be offering locally grown seedlings to our gardening neighbors and beginning to see local produce creeping onto our shelves!
